MBTI® Certification Program
The MBTI® Certification Program delivers the foundational knowledge you need for effectively administering and interpreting the most respected personality assessment in the world, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) instrument.
The MBTI® instrument is a restricted assessment, meaning it can only be purchased and used by those who meet certain requirements. Program participants who successfully complete an MBTI® Certification Program satisfy these requirements.
Certified MBTI professionals use this powerful tool to help others in such areas as:
- Personal growth and development
- Career exploration and search
- Executive coaching
- Team building, and
- Leadership development
The four-day course curriculum includes:
- An overview of the theory of psychological type
- Feedback and interpretation of MBTI® Step I™ and Step II™ results
- Exploration of the four dichotomous scales that result in the 16 personality types
- Common applications of the MBTI instrument when working with both individuals and organizations
- A skill-building session for giving basic type feedback
- Experiential exercises to reinforce participant learning
- Discussions of the ethical use of the Indicator
